NOWATCH, an innovative health technology company & premium smartwatch manufacturer based in Amsterdam, is looking for a store host to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to blend cutting-edge technology with leading science in health. The NOWATCH smartwatch is our flagship product, symbolising our commitment to helping people to be healthy and have more quality time.
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Store Host to join our team. As a store host, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring that our customers have a memorable and informative shopping experience. You are passionate about technology and wellbeing and enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, offering guidance and product knowledge. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and benefits of the NOWATCH to provide accurate information to customers.
- Demonstrations and Product Education: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of our product. Educate customers on how the NOWATCH can improve their overall wellbeing.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions to the management team to help improve our product offerings and customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
- excellent command of English/Dutch; other languages (e.g. German/French) are a plus
- Available to work especially Thursdays (12:00-20:00)
- a real people-person with top-notch communication skills, ambitious to deliver the highest quality of customer service
- well-structured and organized, with a keen eye for detail
- genuinely interested in different wellbeing topics like mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, yoga, and overall preventative health practices
- able to commute to our store in Amsterdam
- ready to start as soon as possible
