Position Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Part-Time Personal Assistant who can efficiently manage a variety of administrative and executive support tasks related to real estate operations. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys the flexibility of working from home while contributing significantly to client service and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, including arranging appointments, client meetings, and virtual open houses.
- Handle communications, including responding to emails and managing phone calls on behalf of the real estate agent.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials and managing online property listings.
- Support real estate transactions by coordinating with clients, other agents, and service providers, and by preparing necessary documentation.
- Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence, filing, and organizing documents digitally.

- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
