Join our innovative team as a CRM / Project Manager, in our newly established department, exclusively dedicated to ecommerce brands and pure performance-oriented strategies, focused on creating and developing landing pages and email designs. This department is dedicated to enhancing our digital marketing efforts by producing high-quality, visually appealing, and effective web and email assets.
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual who excels in project management and client relations. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for planning and executing strategies, we want you on our team!

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our system and addressing any client concerns or questions.
- Manage email workflows for ecommerce brands, including scheduling, segmentation, and personalization, to deliver targeted and effective performance-oriented email campaigns.
- Coordinate the publishing of emails, collaborating with content creators and designers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Generate and analyze reports on email performance, client onboarding metrics, and other key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, providing updates on project status, addressing feedback, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a CRM or client services environment, with a track record of successful client onboarding and project delivery for ecommerce brands, with a performance-oriented focus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing platforms, with the ability to effectively manage email workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to generate and interpret reports to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English & French.
