We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Advertising Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The Advertising Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the execution of advertising campaigns to promote our products and services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and organize advertising materials
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of advertising assets
- Monitor and report on the performance of advertising campaigns, including analyzing key metrics
- Assist in the development of creative briefs and liaise with designers to produce high-quality advertising materials
- Conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities and trends
- Manage timelines and schedules to ensure timely execution of advertising projects
- Assist in budget management and tracking of advertising expenditures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in advertising or marketing roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills
- Knowledge of advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, is a plus
